Bishop David Thagana - Executive Director
He holds a BA in bible and Theology from Global University and a Diploma in Education from Siriba College. He served as High School teacher before his resignation to pursue the GOA vision. Bishop David is married to Joyce. They have 3 biological children; Timothy who is 18 years old, finished High School in 2010 and is looking forward to join University; Grace is 17 yrs and in her last year at High School; and Mary is 9yrs and in class 4 and about 395 adopted kids in GOA Children homes. Rev John N. Kareithi – Deputy Exec. Director He holds Master of Divinity (M/Div) in Christian Education from Africa Christian University (formerly Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology), a BA in bible and Theology from Global University and a Certificate in Education from Thogoto Teachers Training College. John served as a school teacher before his resignation to serve as a full time staff at GOA Head Office in the above capacity. Family Photo

Joyce Njeri Munyiri - Director

Justus Chege - Director
Justus received a call to ministry in 1992. This was soon after training in a salesmanship and marketing course. Since August 1996 he been serving at GOA in various capacities. He has been actively involved in coordinating the Church Growth department - one of the four GOA core values. He is diploma graduate at the End Time Glory Training Center (2002). He has also been trained in National and Peak Performance with ILI. Rev. Justus is married to Susan. They have three daughters; Mercy is 15 and in Form 3, Faith is 13 and Form 1 and Grace 10 years in class 6. Family Photo

Perminus Kinyua - Director Rev. Perminus is the Director of Compassion. He supervises the operations of the 8 GOA Children homes where over 395 Kids are taken care for, 3 schools and GOA SACCO. In this capacity he mentors the Homes management, reports on the progress to the GOA Board and the International Friends. He is the Overseer of KEM Region which has 11 GOA Churches. Together with his wife they Pastor Kagumo GOA Church where they directly impact over 100 people every week through the word of God
He holds a diploma in Science Education from Kenya Science Teachers College. He taught high school for 20 years until he resign in 2007 to join GOA in the head office. He is married to Felistas Wanjiru and have two daughters and one son. Family Photo

Phillis Kimeli - Director She is the Director of Leadership Development. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Theology. She is in charge of Glory Evangelical Bible School and all GOA endeavour of developing all its leaders. Through this many leaders have gone through post secondary training and other has attended short-term training. Rev. Phillis and her husband is Pastor’s Karima Church where they impact over 100 people with the word of God every week. Rev. Phillis is married to David Kimeli. Michael Wamwea Murage - Human Resource Manager Michael is also the National youth Director. Through this he brings transformation in the lives of more than 500 youths in all GOA Churches, through organizing youth friendly activities which include seminars, conferences, evangelistic activities and compassion related activities. He is married to Phoebe Wairimu. They have three sons; Caleb their first born who is 8years is in class three. Moses is 1yr and 10months and yet to go to school while Paul is six weeks old. Michael and Phoebe oversee GOA Nyeri Region. Through this they have been able to nurture four churches. Family Photo

Robert Wachira Kinyua - Accountant He is in charge of financial transaction of the ministry. This involves bank transactions, transfer of funds to the GOA projects and payment of salaries. Robert also serves in the Church Board of GOA Pangani Family Photo

Esther Muchiri - Administrative Assistant Esther worked at Karima Girls High School before resigning to join GOA Head office. She holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Strathmore University, Secretarial Duties and Office organization from Hyrax College, Computer skills from Kenya institute of Computers and Technology. Esther is married to Peter Muchiri. They have two sons; Victor who is 11 years old in class 6 and Cleopas 8 years in class 2. Esther and her husband Pastors GOA Kangemi Church. Jane Wambui Chege - Ass Director Compassion Jane is the Assistant Director for Compassion. She is in charge of all GOA Children homes. Her responsibility includes updating the children profiles. She maintains liaison with child sponsorship agencies which work with GOA, compiles and circulates reports to GOA and relevant partners, registers children homes with the government, and ensures adherence to statutory guidelines for Children’s homes. She organizes seminars and training for the Homes staff and children. She makes sure that the needs of the kids are met by working closely with the homes management teams She is a graduate from the University of Nairobi - Bachelor of Arts, Sociology and Literature.

Haniel Njeru - Audio Visual Manager Haniel, in this capacity, covers all GOA events on video. He edits it and uploads Youtube as well as circulating them in other forms. Hanniel also drives the Executive Director. He also plays the keyboard in the GOA Pangani, Nairobi. Through this many go before God in worship and praise Hanniel Njeru is married to Mercy. They have a daughter who is 11 years old and in class 6; and 1 son, Immanuel who is 6 years old and is now in Class 1. Family Photo

Paul Waweru - ILI Coordinator
Through this he organizes regional and National ILI Conferences in Kenya and other East Africa countries. Paul has impact thousands of leaders across East Africa through this training.

S N Njuguna - Sports Evangelism Coordinator
He works with youths as a way of reaching them with the gospel. About a million people have heard the gospel through this endeavour while over five thousand have prayed for salvation.

Felista Njoki - Compassion Dept. Felista works under the compassion department. She coordinates the operations of GOA Maggies School in Akatuman, Lodwar and Beat the Drum Children’s home in Mai Mahiu. She has one daughter Faith and one adopted son Brain. Brain is HIV positive. Family Photo

David Gathenya - Caretaker David Gathenya is married to Alice and they have one boy who will be celebrating his first birthday in the month of April. He is the office caretaker. He cooks tea for the staff and cleans the office. He also serves as the office messenger. He offers hospitality services to the staff and the guest who visit the office Family Photo
